Sumter County
Sumter County, located just south of Ocala/Marion County, is one of the most unique Central Florida counties in the fact that a good portion has been developed into The Villages, the world’s largest retirement community. Surrounding The Villages are other smaller communities and many larger parcels of residential land in the Northwest quadrant of Oxford. The southern portion of Sumter County is home to the rural cities of Bushnell and Webster where you will find an abundance of classic Central Florida farmland. Sumter County is a highly desirable area with access to the Florida Turnpike and interstate 75 offering short trips to the metro areas of Orlando and Tampa. No Matches Found
